Hager Fox's agreements provide a preventative maintenance service on the furnace during the heating season and a preventative maintenance service on the air conditioner in the cooling season (if you have air conditioning). The agreement covers the price of a cleaning/tune-up (we contact you to schedule) and 10% of the cost of any parts you would need to replace (such as a filter). The agreement also covers any labor to replace these parts, excluding the heat exchanger, compressor, burners and other parts described on the agreement itself. Another valuable benefit of having an agreement is our FREE labor for emergency service, including after hours, weekends and holidays.
After hours, we have a 24-hour, 365 day-a-year answering service that will put you in touch with our technician on call.

| 1. Make sure the thermostat is set above room temperature. | 1. Check to see if the circuit breaker is "ON". |
| 2. Make sure the line switch is "ON" and the circuit breaker isn't tripped | 2. Check air conditioner fuses. (Be sure to disconnect power before checking fuses). |
| 3. Make sure the air filter is clean. | 3. Check the thermostat to see if it's set below room temperature. |
| 4. Check to make sure the blower door is properly in place | 4. Check to make sure the blower door is firmly in place |
| 5. Make sure nothing is blocking the flue or intake to the outside. (Plus 90 only) | 5. Check to see if the switch on the side is in the "ON" position. |
| 6. Make sure all compartments are securely closed and fasteners in place | 6. Check the filters for blockage by leaves, debris, etc... |
